Exchanges & Returns

Every piece begins its journey in our studio with care, attention, and respect for the material. Glass is delicate by nature, and we do everything we can to ensure it travels safely from our hands to yours.

We hope your piece feels just right when it arrives. If something isn’t quite what you expected, unused items in their original condition can be returned. Please simply reach out within 7 business days for domestic orders, or 18 days for international orders, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and sale items are considered final as part of their offering.

In the rare case that something arrives damaged, we’ll take care of it quickly and with care. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can understand what’s happened and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
