Exchanges & Returns

Please check all products within 7 days of their arrival for any breakages or damage. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged items during this time.  Please note we must see a photo of the damaged items in order to discuss an exchange or refund.

If this unfortunately occurs, we’ll gladly accept the return of an unused item if notified within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchase. All items should be returned in their original condition.

We do not offer an exchange or refund due to a change of mind. 

Sale items: please note, there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items. Any disclaimer added to a sale listing is to be understood prior to purchasing as this may detail the reasons for the reduced price. Please consider this before your purchase.
