Shipping Information
Processing & Dispatch
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders quickly and carefully.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be packed and shipped the same day (business days only).
Orders placed after 1pm AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details via Australia Post.
Australia
Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
Orders under $150 AUD are calculated at checkout.
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days (after dispatch)
International
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery: 7–21+ business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Please note:
- International orders may experience delays due to customs or local postal services
- Any import duties, taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer
Wholesale
Shipping for wholesale orders is calculated per order based on weight, size, and destination.
All wholesale orders are shipped via Australia Post, unless otherwise arranged.
We will confirm all shipping costs as part of your wholesale invoice or checkout process.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel seems delayed, we’re happy to help investigate or provide updates.
In some cases, you may also need to contact Australia Post directly for the fastest resolution.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- We cannot change or cancel orders once they have been dispatched
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect
- If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
