Entry and eligibility

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The promotion is conducted jointly by Bonnie & Neil and FAZEEK (together, the Promoters; details in clause 34).

  3. Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, except where this promotion is prohibited or restricted by law in the entrant's country of residence. Entrants outside Australia are responsible for complying with their local laws.

  4. The promotion begins at 12:00am AEDT on 21/10/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 28/10/2026 (the Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

  5. To enter, entrants must visit https://bonnieandneil.com.au/pages/bonnie-neil-x-fazeek-2-000-giveaway during the Promotion Period and submit their first name, last name and a valid email address via the entry form. Entrants will be subscribed to both the Bonnie & Neil and FAZEEK email and SMS marketing lists.

  6. Existing subscribers of either Promoter's email list are eligible to enter by completing the entry form.

  7. Each entrant may complete the entry form once only, using one email address (Primary Entry). Subscribing via the entry form is the only mandatory entry requirement; bonus entries are optional and not required to enter or win. Once an entrant has a valid Primary Entry, they may earn bonus entries during the Promotion Period by: (a) following @bonnieandneil and @fazeek_home on Instagram ([1] entry per account); (b) following @bonnieandneil and @fazeekhome on Facebook ([1] entry per Page); (c) following @bonnieandneil and @fazeek_home on TikTok ([1] entry per account); and (d) referring a friend by sharing their unique referral link ([1] entry for each referred friend who submits a valid Primary Entry, up to a maximum of [3] referral entries). Each bonus entry counts as one additional entry in the draw. Bonus entries must be claimed through the ViralSweep entry form on the entry page during the Promotion Period, and are recorded by ViralSweep. Bonus entries for social media follows are self-declared by the entrant when they complete the action in the entry form. A referred friend must be a new entrant; entrants must not refer themselves or enter using multiple email addresses. The Promoters may check that the winning entrant completed each bonus action they claimed and may disqualify any bonus entry that was not genuinely completed, including where an account is unfollowed before the draw. If the drawn entry is a disqualified bonus entry, a further entry will be drawn. Any other multiple entries will be deemed invalid.

  8. By entering, entrants agree to join the email and SMS marketing lists of both Bonnie & Neil and FAZEEK. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing after entry does not invalidate an entry.

  9. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and of agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

  10. The Promoters may, at any time, verify the eligibility of entries and entrants (including confirming an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. The Promoters may, at their discretion, accept errors or omissions. A decision not to enforce any of the Promoters' rights at any point does not amount to a waiver of those rights.

  11. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Prize

  1. There is one (1) prize available to be won (the Prize).

  2. The Prize consists of:

    1. one (1) $1,000 Bonnie & Neil digital gift voucher, redeemable at bonnieandneil.com.au; and

    2. one (1) $1,000 FAZEEK digital gift voucher, redeemable at fazeek.com.au.

  3. The total prize pool value is $2,000 AUD (including GST).

  4. Each voucher is supplied by, and redeemable only with, the Promoter that issued it. Vouchers are subject to that Promoter's standard gift voucher terms and conditions and do not expire.

  5. Vouchers will be delivered to the winner by email within 3 business days of the winner confirming their acceptance of the Prize.

  6. Prize items are subject to availability at the time of redemption. The winner may only select from stock available on each Promoter's online store at the time of redemption. No substitutions or exchanges will be offered for items that are out of stock.

  7. Shipping costs for orders placed with the vouchers, and any import duties or taxes on deliveries outside Australia, are the responsibility of the winner. Each Promoter's standard shipping terms apply.

  8. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the full value of a voucher is not used before it expires, the remaining value will be forfeited.

  9. Prize value is correct at the time of publication. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

Draw, winner notification and redraw

  1. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

  2. The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 29/10/2026 at Bonnie & Neil, 62 Plateau Road, Reservoir VIC 3073. Bonnie & Neil will randomly draw, on behalf of the Promoters, one (1) valid entry from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

  3. The winner will be notified by email from studio@bonnieandneil.com.au within 2 business days of the draw.

  4. The winner must respond to the notification email and provide any details the Promoters reasonably require to confirm eligibility by 11:59pm AEDT on 05/11/2026 to claim the Prize.

  5. The winner's name and details will not be published.

  6. If the winner does not claim the Prize by the date in clause 24, or is found to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 06/11/2026 at the same location as the original draw. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and must claim the Prize by 11:59pm AEDT on 13/11/2026.

  7. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

  1. If the promotion is disrupted or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated for reasons beyond the Promoters' control, including but not limited to technical issues, unauthorised interference or fraud, the Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any entrant involved; and/or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, amend, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as necessary.

  2. Any costs incurred in accessing the promotional website are the responsibility of the entrant and will depend on their chosen internet service provider. The use of automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means that enables repeated automatic entries, is strictly prohibited and will result in all such entries being declared invalid.

  3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the ASIC Act 2001 (Cth), or any similar consumer protection laws in force in Australian States and Territories (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Non-Excludable Guarantees), the Promoters and their officers, employees and agents are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with this promotion.

  4. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Non-Excludable Guarantees), the Promoters and their officers, employees and agents accept no responsibility and disclaim all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising from or in connection with: (a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunctions (whether or not under the Promoters' control); (b) theft, unauthorised access or interference by third parties; (c) entries or prize claims that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected for reasons beyond the Promoters' reasonable control (including after receipt by the Promoters); (d) any variation in prize value from that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) the use of the Prize.

  5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability.

  6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Privacy and Promoters

  1. The Promoters are:

    1. THE BN DESIGN GROUP PTY. LTD, ABN 94 625 453 465, 62 Plateau Road, Reservoir VIC 3073; and

    2. Fazeek Pty Ltd, ABN 72 647 870 586, 2/16–18 Albert St, Preston VIC 3072.

  2. The Promoters collect entrants' personal information to administer this promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information.

  3. Personal information collected will be shared between the Promoters. Each Promoter may use it for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending marketing emails, and may disclose it to agents, contractors and service providers (including email marketing platforms and the entry platform ViralSweep) and, where required, Australian regulatory authorities.

  4. Each Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy: https://bonnieandneil.com.au/policies/privacy-policy and https://www.fazeek.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. These policies explain how entrants can access, correct or complain about the handling of their information.

  5. Entrants may unsubscribe from either Promoter's emails at any time, and may request access to or correction of their information, by contacting studio@bonnieandneil.com.au or info@fazeek.com.au.

  6. All entries become the property of the Promoters.

  7. No trade promotion permit is required for this promotion, as the total prize pool does not exceed $3,000.
