Fazeek’s Polka Dot Straws are a reusable glass alternative designed to elevate everyday drinking. Crafted from durable borosilicate glass and paired with a cleaning brush for easy care, they offer a considered, sustainable choice for modern rituals.

- Use the straw cleaner, a soft, non-abrasive cloth and warm soapy water.
- Do not put straws in the dishwasher.

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders quickly and carefully.

Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be packed and shipped the same day (business days only).

Orders placed after 1pm AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details via Australia Post.

If you need to return an unused item in its original condition, please contact us within 7 business days (domestic) or 18 days (international) of purchase. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and sale items are final.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
