If you need to return an unused item in its original condition, please contact us within 7 business days (domestic) or 18 days (international) of purchase. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and sale items are final.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Our glassware is dishwasher safe but we recommend showing it the love it deserves by washing them by hand. Do not put ice into the glass before the liquid, and always be gentle when placing it onto hard surfaces.
