SABEN X FAZEEK COMPETITION

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoters of this competition are:

  • FAZEEK: Fazeek Pty Ltd, ABN 72 647 870 586, 2/16–18 Albert St, Preston VIC 3072, Australia

  • SABEN: SABEN Ltd ABN 66851120927, a company incorporated in New Zealand at  Unit 8, 16-18 Taylors Road, Morningside, Auckland 1025, NZ

Together referred to as the Promoters.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 12:00 am AEDT on 29 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 7 November 2026 (Competition Period).

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who meet the entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, and any agencies or businesses directly involved in administering the competition are ineligible to enter.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:

a. Follow the official FAZEEK Instagram account, @FAZEEK_HOME

b. Follow the official SABEN Instagram account, @SABENLTD.

c. Subscribe to the [specify required mailing list or mailing lists] using the relevant sign-up link available in the Instagram bio of FAZEEK or SABEN.

Entrants must provide accurate information and, where applicable, consent to receive marketing communications from the relevant brand.

Only entries that satisfy all entry requirements will be eligible.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free.

5. Prize

There is one prize available to be won, consisting of the following products:

FAZEEK Home Fragrance Set

  • 2 x Fragrance Oils

  • 1 x Wave Candle

  • 1 x Incense Cones

  • 1 x Oil Burner

  • 1 x Scent Stone

SABEN Organise Me Pouch Set

  • 1 x Tate pouch in Azalea

  • 1 x Tali pouch in Azalea

  • 1 x Tarin pouch in Azalea

The total prize value is AUD $661 inclusive of GST, where applicable.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

The prize is subject to product availability. The Promoters will not substitute any prize item unless reasonably necessary, in which case any replacement will be of equal or greater value and permitted by law.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on 9th November at 9am EST in Sydney, NSW.

The Promoters' decision is final, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram and/or email using the contact details supplied when entering, within two business days of the draw.

The winner may also be announced on the official Instagram accounts of FAZEEK and SABEN.

The winner must respond within seven days of notification and provide any information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.

If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw and select a replacement winner.

Any redraw will take place within 14 days of the original draw, subject to applicable law.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner at an Australian or New Zealand address nominated by the winner.

The Promoters will arrange delivery within 30 days after the winner has been successfully contacted and their delivery details confirmed, subject to circumstances beyond the Promoters' reasonable control.

The prize will not be delivered to a post office box if the delivery provider does not support delivery to that address.

The Promoters are not responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner.

9. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and the relevant privacy policies of FAZEEK and SABEN.

Personal information may be collected and used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.

Where an entrant separately consents to receive marketing communications, the relevant brand may use the entrant's information to send those communications in accordance with the consent provided and applicable law.

Signing up to one brand's mailing list does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications from the other brand.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect an otherwise valid competition entry.

Personal information will not be shared between the Promoters for marketing purposes without appropriate consent or another lawful basis.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoters may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where required by law or where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make it necessary to do so. Any action taken will be consistent with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, entrants release Instagram from responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoters and not to Instagram.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply in another Australian state or territory.
