If you need to return an unused item in its original condition, please contact us within 7 business days (domestic) or 18 days (international) of purchase. We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and sale items are final.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Our glassware is dishwasher safe but we recommend showing it the love it deserves by washing by hand.

To use the Wave Incense Holder with our Charcoal Incense Cones, place holder on a flat surface. Pour a little of the black sand into the holder. You can then place an Incense Cone on the sand and light it. When the Incense Cone has burned down use a teaspoon to pick up the ash and dispose of it easily.
